This is a modification of the cream ale that I brewed last year. I enjoyed the flavor, but the alcohol was a little high for easy drinking.
Malt bill:
7 lbs Briess Brewers 2-row Malt
0.75 lb Briess Yellow Corn Flakes
0.25 lb Briess Barley Flakes
0.25 lb Briess Oat Flakes
Hops bill:
0.75 oz Tettnang(US) (5% AA, Pellet)
0.5 oz Tettnang(US) (5% AA, Pellet)
Yeast: Fermentis Safale US-05 (US-56) American Ale (dry)
OG: 1.047
FG: 1.010
ABV: 4.8
IBU: 22
SRM: 3
