Durham Bull Brown

This Northern English Brown beer isn't named after the minor league ball team or the movie. This name is minor alteration on the legend of how the town of Durham in North East England was founded.

On to the beer. This is an exact copy of Jamil's Northern English Brown recipe.

6.8 lbs. Pale Malt(2-row)
0.6375 lbs. Crystal 40L
0.425 lbs. Crystal 25L
0.425 lbs. Victory Malt
0.2125 lbs. Chocolate Malt - Light
0.6375 lbs. Special Roast Malt

(I know these numbers look horrible, but it's because I had to dial down Jamil's numbers to fit with my system and the BJCP guidelines.)

1.00 oz. Goldings - E.K. Pellet (5.90 AA%) @ 60 min.
