Cream Ale recipe

This recipe is from Jamil's Show on The Brewing Network that I may use on March 28th. There's a good chance I'll switch this around.

5 lbs. Pilsner
5 lbs. 2-Row
1 lb. flaked corn
1 lb. table sugar

Mash at 149 F

75 minute boil

1 oz. Liberty (4.0% AA) at 60 min.
1/2 oz. Liberty (4.0% AA) at 1 min.

California Ale yeast

Predicted O.G. 1.054
